Delete your account
You can delete your TryFits AI account and all data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From the app
- Open TryFits AI and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
From the web, no app needed
If you no longer have the app installed, contact us through the support page from the email address linked to your account and ask for your account to be deleted. We verify the request against that email and process it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile, including your digital twin and measurements
- All photos you uploaded and all try-on images and videos generated for you
- Your closet items, saved looks, moodboards and stylist chat history
- Analytics identifiers linked to your account
Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase transaction records, are retained for the period required by law and then removed.
Timing: when you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately. It is permanently and irreversibly erased after 30 days. If you change your mind within those 30 days, signing back in lets you restore the account.
