1.3 Real-time processing

Live Fitting streams your camera feed for real-time processing only. Live camera frames are processed ephemerally and are not stored.

• Push notifications about your generations, stylist messages, and features (you control these in system settings)

3.2 Data retention

We retain your personal information and photos only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see deleting your account. Deleted accounts are deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days.

We share information only with service providers that operate on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for cross-app advertising tracking.

You can access and update your personal information in the app, or by contacting us directly.

5.2 Opt-out

You can opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, and control push notifications in your device settings. Location and calendar access are optional and can be revoked at any time in system settings.

5.3 Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or from the web — see delete account.

6. Children's privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.

7. Tracking and analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the app. On iOS, we honor the App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
